Holiday Stamp-a-Stack

It's that time of year to mark your calenders with the dates of the upcoming Holiday Stamp-a-Stack.

This year's theme is the Christmas Tree. Those of you who have attended in the past know the drill. Wear articles of clothing or jewlery or anything you can find that has a Christmas tree on it. Earn extra tickets for each item of clothing - or whatever you wear - to win prizes!! These events are a lot of fun and can get hilarious once the ladies start showing which item of clothing has the theme!

So here are all the details:

Holiday Stamp-A-Stack

This is one of the cards you will be making at my Holiday Stamp-a-Stack. Are you registered? I just love it, if I have to say so myself!!!! Actually, I saw something similar on someone's blog (can't remember whose) and she made a card similar to one in Papercraft mag. I haven't seen the mag but here is my version. Not sure how much different from the original. ANYWAY.... you too can make a few of this card at my Holiday Stamp-a-Stack. Here is a side view...

Holiday Stamp-A-Stack Card Share

Finally getting caught up here. Wanted to share a few cards done at the 2009 Holiday Stamp-a-Stack. We had a full house of 30 in attendance. Had a few on a the waiting list that I had to turn away. Guess I need to find a larger venue for next year.

It was quite the event. Everyone earned tickets for the raffle. Extra tickets were earned by wearing Santa themed clothing or other Santa items. Most guest earned extra tickets. Some went ALL OUT from head to toe with Santa gear. What fun and laughs. I gave away 10 stamp sets and a $50 gift certificate.

Our projects were 12 cards from the Christmas Jingle Simply Scrapping Kit, plus 3 gift card holder using the Big Shot. All supplies for the cards are included in the Simply Scrapping Kit with the exception of ribbon and punches. Here are a couple of the cards. I have ONE kit left over if anyone is interested. Kit is pre-cut, ready for assembly. It includes pics of finished cards for a guide. Cost is $30 and possibly shipping, if needed.
